Fatty Davis, Lewis and I have been kindly voted by you all as your "Ministers of Fun" for the 2009/10 season. Our remit is to assist with the continued profitability of our rugby club and the Old Isleworthians Association (your clubhouse). We intend to arrange throughout the course of the season some more memorable and entertaining social occasions for you all, your partners, family and friends whilst ensuring the continuation of our key values:
- To provide an environment where by all are made welcome, equal and trusted irrespective of our background, financial means, rugby prowess or dancing ability!
Feel free to offer any ideas you may have to enhance the proposed events, all help is gratefully received.
Whilst training has been well attended with great dedication we all enjoy the social bonding unique to the OIRFC and I would ask you all to support your club this season - "mai votre gueule de bois être court et indolore, mais votre bon souvenir de l'OIRFC être éternelle!"

Isleworth & Syon school have the opportunity of getting a load of free kit from Gilbert Rugby, if we are able to collect either 1000 or 2000 mast heads from the Daily Mail or the Mail on Sunday by Jan 31st. If you or your family take Mail or Mail on Sunday please collect the mast heads which are the titles at the top of the front page. Please bring them to the club on Wednesdays or Saturdays and give them to Wallace. Thanks, Mark Adams, Head of PE. |
