Having won Herts & Middlesex 3 and securing league promotion, it is the aim of captain Bob Patten to consolidate the team and add to it with the clubs burgeoning youth intake. Working closely with Peter Spiers, OIRFC want to develop a squad of players which will breed future successes as experienced last season.
